Your Bid Is Closing! Do You Know Where Your Bid Team Is?  We Do!

With the recent release of BidMatrix 2.0, you will always know where your team is and what they are working on.

As the bid-captain on a project, you are ultimately responsible for submitting a bid that is the culmination of work and decisions that are being made by your entire project team. BidMatrix 2.0 includes a new “Team” option that will instantly show you where each team member is currently working, from base bid or alternate, all the way down to the specific bid package.  As a project bid-captain you will always see the results of the subcontractor selection for each bid package, in real-time. Always knowing where your team members are working allows you to quickly “lock down” a bid package and redirect your team members to other areas of the bid where their help is needed.

In addition to the new “Team” feature, BidMatrix 2.0 also includes full support for an unlimited number of project “alternates”.  Using the new Alternate Breakdown feature will allow you to quickly compare each subcontractor’s bid totals across the base bid an any number of alternates. It’s not about just making decisions, it’s about making educated decisions. Afterall, “hope” is not a strategy!

BidMatrix 2.0 also includes advanced markup options, allowing you to insert subtotals on your project bid wherever you choose, allowing you to add markups that can use any of the subtotals for its’ calculation basis. With a single mouse click, you can see the impact of your markups on the total bid, as well as the markup totals broken down by base bid and each alternate.
